URA bars strata subdivision for commercial properties in key parts of Central Area

URA has announced on 16th March that they no longer allow Strata Subdivision of Commercial Properties in central areas of Singapore. Strata Commercial Properties in town area will become a finite supply. If you are looking to invest in commercial properties, now might be your best chance!
